Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage designated customer accounts.
  • Process inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and invoicing by confirming contractual rates.
  • Communicate with clients via email or phone promptly and effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory as required.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or 3PL sector.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Synapse is a plus.
