Customer Service Portfolio Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Service Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing key service portfolio components, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence. This position will report directly to the VP of Service Business Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio Management: Guide projects through necessary development phases, ensuring that business needs are met.
  2. Performance Tracking: Establish methodologies to monitor the growth and success of service offerings.
  3. Innovation Development: Identify customer requirements and create new solutions within the portfolio.
  4. Reporting Structure: Develop metrics for internal and external performance evaluations, focusing on delivering value to clients.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Share insights and best practices across programs, fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
  6. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or business roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in project management is advantageous.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Effectively navigate a matrixed environment, representing the Service Business Management organization and collaborating with various departments to resolve challenges.
