Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the sales team by assisting with sales floor coverage, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
