Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Portfolio Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the VP of Service Business Management and will oversee two critical service portfolio components: CentriCare and Share360. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and be adept at driving organizational change across various departments, including Service Business Management, sales, operations, and finance, to enhance brand development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Development: Guide projects through established development processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Brand Health: Create methodologies to monitor the growth and success of portfolio offerings.
  3. Innovation Roadmap: Identify customer needs and devise new solutions within each portfolio, designing strategic project opportunities.
  4. Customer Reporting: Establish a reporting framework for internal and external contract performance metrics, focusing on delivering value-based outcomes.
  5. Communication: Share insights and best practices across programs, fostering relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contributing to effective team communication.
  6. Client Engagement: Cultivate client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis to support executive-level business cases.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Effectively communicate within a matrixed environment, representing the Service Business Management organization. Build trust with internal and external stakeholders and mentor team members in complex subjects.
