  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and lead comprehensive planning sessions for the product roadmap.
  • Engage in all relevant meetings, including daily SCRUM sessions, providing guidance and feedback based on insights from business stakeholders.

  • Work alongside business owners to clarify and refine requirements.
  • Identify and escalate requirement issues or risks to the product manager for timely resolution.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes by bringing necessary discussions to business leaders outside of regular review meetings.
  • Be readily available to the team for support and feedback.
  • Document use cases and process flows as needed to outline solutions for UX and development teams.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and represent their vision and requirements to the technology team, influencing design decisions and ensuring inclusion in cross-functional processes.
  • Collaborate with business owners to define and document product acceptance criteria.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in agile methodologies, JIRA, Lucidchart, SDLC, and Oracle.

Additional Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.

A positive and engaging personality.

Experience Level:

Expert level experience is required.
