Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate resident admissions, ensuring high-quality care by assessing resident needs, conducting medical evaluations, and promoting a collaborative approach to care. Uphold the values of customer-centered service, ethical conduct, open communication, and equitable treatment of all residents, families, and team members.

Primary Duties:
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standards and maintain accurate resident information in line with established policies.
  • Supervise inpatient and outpatient functions, manage bed assignments, and complete necessary preliminary documentation for incoming residents.
  • Collaborate with clinicians or physicians to develop comprehensive healthcare nursing plans.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including the completion of medical forms, reports, team member evaluations, and charting as required.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of the facility's quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department.
Position Qualifications:
  1. Registered Nurse or LPN, licensed to practice in the state of Ohio, with a commitment to maintaining licensure as required.
  2. Preferably possesses clinical experience with the elderly population.
  3. Desirable managerial skills and experience.
