Hardware Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Development Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a Hardware Development Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the development of complex hardware systems for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and employing system engineering standard methods and tools to accomplish requirements analysis, problem diagnosis, and solution design.
  • Working closely with the chief engineer, electrical, signal processing, mechanical, thermal, and test engineers on technical management and execution of engineering activities.
  • Employing model-based systems engineering (MBSE) approaches for systems planning, design, execution, and operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in hardware engineering, electronics, and programming languages such as C/C++. You should also have experience working with embedded systems, signal processing algorithms, and simulation models.
