About the Position

The Senior Manager of Hardware Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and transfer of complex medical devices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product design and development strategies that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of medical devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure project delivery within time and cost constraints.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FDA, QSR, design control requirements, IVDD, and ISO 9001.
