About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive growth and excellence at RCN Technologies. As our Head of Sales Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to capture quarterly and annual recurring revenue gross add goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-achieving sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, results, and positivity within the sales organization
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop and enact the go-to-market strategy, sales message, and plan
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of successfully leading teams and motivating employees
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales leadership position and 3 years in a sales or consulting position (technology sales experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to make critical decisions and devise organizational plans for success
- A hunger for driving growth and seeking out opportunities for improvement
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health coverage, work-life flexibility, and continuing education opportunities.
