Cardiology RN Job Description

At PeaceHealth, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology team. As a Cardiology RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
  • Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
  • Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development
  • Participate in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention program
Requirements:
  • Current Washington or Multistate license required by date of hire
  • American Heart Association/American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire
  • RN experience required unless job is designated for the New Grad Residency Program
