Job Title: Medical Assistant Care Coordinator

MedElite is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Review patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Submit Review Visit Logs (RVLs) to supervisor
  • Adhere to operational guidelines for color coding of patients
  • Respond to HR, operational, and clinical correspondences
  • Submit clinical corrections to supervisor
  • Attend operational and educational pod meetings as scheduled by pod leader and submit post-educational survey following these meetings
  • Promptly communicate with Operations to resolve any IT issues encountered
  • Cross-trained in other areas of care management
  • System Used: Emsow, Pointclickcare, Google Gmail, Sigma/Matrix, Reliable/Visual
Qualifications:
  • Medical Assistant (MA) certificate/degree
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Empathetic and active listener
  • Detailed oriented
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
