Job Title: QA Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team at IT Business Management Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality
- Identify and report defects to software developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of issues and release of documentation
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Agile Requirements Designer, LitmusT, and Selenium WebDriver
- Design and develop Ansible playbooks for automated deployment and test execution
- Review software documentation to ensure technical, functional accuracy, and completeness
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools such as Agile Requirements Designer, LitmusT, and Selenium WebDriver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work Environment: This is a remote position that requires relocation for short/long term projects to various client sites throughout the U.S.
