Compensation:
$45-$90/hour based on experience

Essential Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or mathematical discipline is mandatory.
- 2-4 years of quality assurance experience, particularly with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), is highly preferred.
- Practical experience in executing CAPAs is essential, rather than merely an overview.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
- Familiarity with ISO Standards is strongly preferred.
- Project coordination or management experience, or relevant certification, is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to lead CAPA meetings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a backup to the Global CAPA system lead as needed, initially focusing on the development, review, reporting, and analysis of data from the global event management system.

- Analyze non-conformances and CAPA trends across various sites.

- Compile data for weekly and monthly reports utilizing both the Agile system and Power BI dashboard.
