- High school diploma or higher college degree
- Automotive Body Dimensional Quality experience
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient with DE tools related to Body Welding, including: D Magic, PolyWorks
- Strong ability to review and interpret part, machine/jig drawings and D data
- Proficient with Body Quality measurement tools and techniques
- Associate's degree (or higher) in a Technical Field
- Automotive Body Quality experience
- Experience with mentoring and/or technical training
- Proficient with DE tools related to Body Weld metrology/dimensional measurement, including: Catia, AutoCAD etc.
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing all quality-related part/jig/CMM data
- Proficient with basic robot teaching
