About the Role

AVA Consulting is seeking a skilled Dimensional Accuracy Technician to join our team in Princeton, IN. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Analyze data and identify trends to optimize product quality
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher college degree
  • Automotive Body Dimensional Quality experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient with DE tools related to Body Welding, including: D Magic, PolyWorks
  • Strong ability to review and interpret part, machine/jig drawings and D data
  • Proficient with Body Quality measurement tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (or higher) in a Technical Field
  • Automotive Body Quality experience
  • Experience with mentoring and/or technical training
  • Proficient with DE tools related to Body Weld metrology/dimensional measurement, including: Catia, AutoCAD etc.
  • Skilled in gathering and analyzing all quality-related part/jig/CMM data
  • Proficient with basic robot teaching
