Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of technology.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including operating systems and Office suite.
  • Knowledge of computer software, hardware, and firmware relative to personal computer, local area network/wide area network environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with audio-visual equipment and video conferencing software.
  • Familiarity with iPhone and Android smartphones.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
