Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project initiatives to fulfill the objectives outlined in Statements of Work.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and develop comprehensive project schedules to guarantee timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Assemble and manage project teams based on project requirements, defining roles and responsibilities, and coordinating resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, including action items, challenges, and risks, while developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage change requests related to project scope, timeline, and budget as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any project-related issues or escalations.
  • Conduct project closure activities to ensure all deliverables have been met.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in customer-facing project management.
  • At least 6 years of experience in successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a commitment to obtain PMP certification within one year of employment is required.

Additional Information
The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $160,000, which includes base salary and potential bonuses. Compensation is determined based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and market factors. Benefits may encompass medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
