Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and develop the skills of pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to the development of business plans and budgets, and ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Possess immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
