- Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed.
- Immunization Certification: Possess immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Background Check: Pass a background check and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Education: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
