Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Capstone Urgent Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, phlebotomy, and medical administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians, and operating medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examination
  • Assist physicians with patient care and phlebotomy
  • Operate electrocardiograph (EKG) and other medical equipment
  • Call medical facilities to schedule patients for tests
  • Enter data into computer systems to maintain office and patient records

Requirements:

  • Current Medical Assistant Certification
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • General knowledge of EMR software and Outlook programs
