Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Complete Family Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting lab tests, and providing appropriate referrals to specialists.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treatment procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a diverse caseload of 15-20 patients daily.
