About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical services, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and disease state management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize medication regimens and improve health outcomes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure seamless integration into our pharmacy operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
