- Monitor the competitive landscape by understanding current flooring market trends, products, and installations.
- Recommend new and innovative products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by understanding issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer sales experience or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of flooring experience or related experience.
- Experience selling products and services to multifamily property management companies or working for multifamily property management companies preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation, up-to-date auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual preferred.
