Territory Sales and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at ConsultNet. As a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions, we are committed to delivering impactful results for our clients and fostering high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and Social Services.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and develop effective sales strategies to meet their goals.
  • Plan and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies to maximize revenue potential in key accounts.
  • Make minimum monthly sales calls and meet new business quotas.
  • Demonstrate products and services in key accounts and trade shows.
  • Present contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Bachelor's Degree nice to have but NOT required.
  • Proven track record of developing new accounts.
  • Must have solid outside sales experience and an understanding of how to manage a territory.
  • Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
  • Ability to sell a service, promote a product line, and provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to navigate within a CRM tool and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iOS devices.
