Key Responsibilities:

The Physician Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering medical services, collaborating closely with the surgical team to enhance patient care.

Core Duties:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and provide appropriate medical treatment.

  • Accept patient referrals from other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards required by insurance providers.
  • Participate in both inpatient and outpatient consultations for specialty care.

Qualifications:
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required prior to employment.
  • Physician Assistant certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required prior to employment.
  • Advanced Life Support certification from the AHA preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
