At Symetria Recovery, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Our team is passionate about delivering personalized care to each individual, and we're seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a leading role in treatment decisions by working closely with the Medical Provider, clinical staff, and Program Director.
• Dispense medications and ensure the appropriate medical care is administered for patients in recovery.
• Engage in daily interactions with patients to provide support and improve their health and well-being.

Requirements:
• Current valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
• 1-year experience as an LPN required.
• Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Knowledge and experience with working with the substance use and mental health population.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible hours within the timeframe of 5:30am-6pm.
