Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Answer customer questions and educate them on U-Haul products and services.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education through U-Haul University to stay up-to-date on products and services.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks and discomforts. You will be required to work in a team environment, using protective gear and equipment as needed.
