Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Not Just Staffing in Edenton, NC. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and working closely with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patient vitals and record them accurately in their files
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
- Update patient records in a confidential manner
- Evaluate patient well-being and report any needs to medical staff
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
- Change dressings and bandages to promote proper healing
- Transfer patients safely between wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
