We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Medical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to develop their expertise in cardiac patient care and management.

Job Overview

This is a 3x12 shift position working Nights from 7pm to 7am with a Weekend Rotation and Holidays as needed. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and the ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, and other complex cardiac conditions.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with complex cardiac conditions, including congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and arrhythmias
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to identify potential cardiac issues
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac medical setting
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
