Job Overview

SGI Global, LLC is looking for a Mid-Level Identity Intelligence Specialist to support our Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Vetting (CCV) operations. This role is essential in analyzing potential threats to U.S. interests and ensuring the safety of personnel and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Leverage diverse datasets and advanced analytical methods to identify individuals who may pose risks to U.S. interests, and recommend strategies for threat mitigation.
  • Biometric Evaluation: Analyze biometric and biographic data of individuals of interest using the Biometric Identity Intelligence Resource (BI2R) and other databases.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed analyses on potential threats, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders.
  • All-Source Analysis: Plan and execute comprehensive all-source analyses using both classified and unclassified intelligence sources.
  • Open Source Assessment: Proactively identify additional areas of concern through open-source threat assessments.
  • Watch List Management: Ensure individuals posing threats are added to appropriate watch lists and that information is disseminated promptly.
  • Compliance Assurance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and directives to achieve operational objectives.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries regarding threat information with timely and accurate analyses.
  • Training: Provide training on biometric analysis and the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System (DSIAS) to new personnel.
  • Support Operations: Offer analytical support for polygraph examinations and perform temporary duty assignments as needed.
  • Data Management: Ensure proper storage and maintenance of classified and unclassified data.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6 years without a degree, preferably with U.S. Government agencies.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Identity Intelligence or biometric analysis.
  • Familiarity with personnel vetting and investigations operations.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in utilizing intelligence databases and automated systems for analytical purposes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective analysis presentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex tasks.
Security Clearance:
  • Must possess a TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Access.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
Travel Requirements:
  • Some travel to high-threat areas may be necessary.
