**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project plans that meet those needs.
  • Manage project metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements:**

  • Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with agile and scrum project management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in the banking or finance industry is preferred.
