Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develops and implements project work plans, adjusting as necessary to accommodate evolving needs.

  • Monitors and reports on project team hours weekly.
  • Oversees project budgets effectively.
  • Communicates with clients regarding necessary change orders.
  • Manages costs, profitability, and resource utilization for assigned projects.
  • Prepares financial reports comparing actual performance against budget, including detailed analysis.

Client Relations

  • Facilitates daily interactions with clients throughout project lifecycles.
  • Sets and manages client expectations diligently.
  • Builds enduring relationships with client personnel to strengthen ties.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client connections.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Over five years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing a diverse range of IT project requirements and solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing projects for external clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem-solving scenarios with political sensitivity.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
