  • Calculate financial returns on conservation investments.
  • Document project achievements and assist in creating communication materials.
  • Identify sustainability opportunities through data analysis.
  • Review construction projects for compliance with green building standards.
  • Assist in LEED certification processes and provide guidance.
  • Create educational resources for building occupants and maintenance teams.
  • Train staff on sustainability initiatives.
  • Enhance maintenance practices to support sustainability goals.
  • Inspect and address deficiencies in building systems.

Specific Responsibilities for Engineer:
  • Lead energy audits and site assessments with various stakeholders.
  • Identify deficiencies in building systems and recommend improvements.

  • Document project progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams on modifications to reduce energy consumption.

Qualifications:
  • For Associate Engineer: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainable design, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • For Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of related experience.
