Job Title: Environmental Engineer

At Gable Search Group, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team. As an Environmental Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities' operations are in full compliance with environmental record keeping and reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve environmental performance and reduce our carbon footprint.
  • Collect and analyze environmental data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine environmental impact of activities and develop plans to mitigate any negative effects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Manage sustainability reporting and ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience as an Environmental Engineer, including experience in record keeping and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to analyze and improve business structures and processes.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to manage significant capital projects aimed at improving environmental performance.
  • Desired experience with Title V permits, NSR permits, PBRs, and standard air permits, SPCC plans, and SWPPP permits.
  • Some experience with Sustainability reporting and ISO 14001 system management also desired.
