We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong track record of leadership and patient care to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and facilitating effective communication among healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations and manage workflow to optimize patient care delivery
  • Serve as a resource person for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with managers to monitor staffing levels and ensure adequate nurse-patient ratios
  • Foster a culture of shared decision-making and teamwork within the department
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including schedule reviews and process improvement activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree or diploma in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, with evidence of increasing responsibilities and achievements
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
