Clinical Leadership Opportunity in Pediatric Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, a leading pediatric hospital in Metro Detroit. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating patient care, prioritizing tasks, and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.
About the RoleThis is a full-time night shift position, working 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring that all patients receive excellent care. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care, prioritize tasks, and manage nursing staff
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
- At least one year of experience in pediatric nursing, with a strong background in leadership and management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
