KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential customers, providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source products and prepare quotes based on customer specifications.
- Research and negotiate pricing with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our offerings.
- Occasional travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
- Relevant educational background is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer work.
- Occasional travel may involve flying or driving.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and use a ladder safely.
