Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As an Occupational Health Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing assistance to callers via phone support and research. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
  • Evaluate documentation and information needed
  • Process and follow up on invoices and faxes
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents
  • Maintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Education:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
