Customer Service Role

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field and possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies needed to perform work and fill the logistics coordinator role, which includes sourcing, ordering and tracking needed parts and supplies.
  • Perform a variety of customer service and dispatching duties to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
