Job Title: Executive Director of Development

Join NRG Consulting Group as we seek an experienced Executive Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's mission and growth.

About the Role

The Executive Director of Development will be responsible for leading our fundraising strategy, developing and implementing plans to secure funding from various sources, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of fundraising principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet our organizational goals.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funders, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement fundraising events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain our donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to our leadership team on fundraising progress and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing funding from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
What We Offer
