Key Responsibilities:- Manage operations execution on a 24/7/365 operations floor
- Coordinate teams of OEM with internal/external partners
- Manage COMSEC activities
- Monitor, document, and report overall operations integrity and success
- Troubleshoot operational support issues; proactively seek resolution
- Coordinate operational schedules with multiple agencies
- Schedule local software/hardware implementation and test & evaluation activities
- Report security, personnel, or resource problems to Site Lead or Site Operations Lead
- Participate in systems improvement development
- Facilities/secure area entry/shipment control manager outside of normal duty hours
- Draft technical correspondence
- Deliver briefings to varied audiences
- Current TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
- Intelligence experience
- BS + 5 yrs experience, or MS + 3 yrs experience
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, 4-days on and 4-days off – transition night to day shift quarterly
- Ability to multi-task and effectively lead teams of OEM technical experts
