**Job Summary**

WSP USA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support our Construction management and Inspection services related to Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction management team consisting of inspectors, document control personnel, safety professionals and schedulers, and manage the document control process using Primavera Contract Manager.

You will also perform staging and logistics planning, manage contract administration activities, and prepare Construction Progress Reports to document progress and identify key issues.

Additionally, you will perform constructability reviews and value engineering analyses, evaluate and review contractor schedules and pay applications, and make recommendations to the client.

You will also evaluate the merits of contractor issued change orders and claims, and coordinate with different departments within an individual client's organization as well as with third party utilities and outside stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related technical field, and 5-7 years of experience in construction management of water treatment facilities and wastewater collection systems, pump stations and treatment facilities.

You will also need advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, and expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are also required, as well as excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

**Compensation**

The expected salary for this position is $93,700 - $136,620, and WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
