Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

This position involves the supervision of market risks, liquidity risks, credit risks, and Asset & Liability Management (ALM). The successful candidate will also engage in risk-related initiatives and projects concerning risk appetite and limit establishment. A background in risk management with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the financial services sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of market, liquidity, and credit risks, along with ALM
- Participation in risk initiatives and projects
- Support in the development of risk appetite and limits
- Identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of market and liquidity risks
- Conducting analyses related to risk appetite, limits, and various projects
- Creation of content for risk reporting
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in risk management
- Proficiency in modeling Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Liquidity Risk
- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory
- Additional qualifications in risk management are advantageous
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Critical thinking and the ability to understand complex concepts
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Good awareness of trends within the financial sector
- Eligibility to work in the United States
