ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Coordinator (Adobe Solutions) will oversee the administrative components of various projects from initiation to completion, concentrating on deliverable tracking and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities encompass defining project parameters, planning resource allocation, achieving milestones, and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Moreover, the role necessitates familiarity with various methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall), aligning them with organizational objectives, and supervising the integration of architectural elements across projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple client engagements.
  • Manage project resources, including task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.
  • Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and appropriately archived.
  • Lead and manage enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of architecture standards, guidelines, and principles.
  • Work closely with IT and business leaders to align enterprise architecture with business requirements and technological advancements.
  • Ensure the integration of enterprise architecture components (business, data, application, technology) across diverse projects.
  • Identify and advocate for architectural patterns and solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor enterprise architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to the enterprise architecture governance process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in a comparable industry.
  • Strong grasp of project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Experience in managing enterprise architecture projects and guiding enterprise architects.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks (such as TOGAF or Zachman), and methodologies.
  • Ability to convert business strategies into actionable architectural plans.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and their application within enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not entail direct reports but may involve mentoring less experienced associates.
