Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Agent to join our team at JFK International Airport. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our airline clients and their passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to airline clients and their passengers
  • Rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
  • Effectively navigate through challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Interact with high-profile passengers and partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
Requirements
  • Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Organized and logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
