Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process hotel reservations, assign rooms, and register guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in process.
  • Prepare packages for sales and hotel, including ordering, banking, and reconciling coupons.
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out times with marketing, tour escorts, and luggage delivery and pick-up schedules.
  • Ensure that all rooms are cleaned by housekeeping before keys are issued.
  • Post charges, settle folios for individuals, groups, and due-outs communicated through housekeeping.
  • Receive cash, checks, and credit cards in payment, obtaining proper approval and authorization.
  • Maintain an operating bank, render bills, and issue change.
  • Provide reservations for casino/hotel guests, including airline, shows, and restaurants.
  • Handle special requests for guests, including limousines, flowers, and arrangements for special occasions.
  • Responsible for messages, mail, and packages left for guests and departments within hotel/casino, and control of safe deposit transactions.
  • Empowered to ensure customer problems/complaints are resolved in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills.
  • Outstanding public relations and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling money.
  • Professional appearance; working knowledge of the Atlantic City area.
  • One year, preferably in hospitality industry or related field.
