Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into formal and clearly documented business requirements to be used for system design
  • Identify requirement and scope related issues and risks
  • Liaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts
  • Assist in developing and conducting testing plans and criteria
  • Assist with system support of developed applications through the unique combination of business and system analysis, quality assurance and post implementation product support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), comparable discipline preferred, or equivalent years of industry experience
  • Business knowledge of Insurance Underwriting, Policy Administration or Claims preferred
  • Microsoft Office products knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency utilizing the SmartCOMM Next-Gen CCM tool and associated capabilities preferred
  • Ability to utilize SmartCOMM's Advanced Template Designer & Template Editor preferred
  • Working knowledge of SmartCOMM Data Modeler design and testing methods preferred
