Job Summary:

As a Software Development Staff Engineer at Experian Information Solutions Inc., you will serve as a lead technical resource for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system environment on a day-to-day basis. You will guide and mentor developers on projects and BAU enhancements, working closely with business analyst experts and business users to develop and validate requirements. Your expertise in Salesforce.com CRM, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Clouds, will be invaluable in building applications using LWC and Aura Framework. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead technical resource for the CRM system environment

* Expertise in code development in Lightning UI/UX and Lightning Web Components in Salesforce
* Experience in CRM industry standards and best practices in building applications using LWC and Aura Framework
* Experience in software analysis, design, development, and DevOps, as well as CI/CD Automation skills
* Experience in integrating Salesforce with other Sales-related technologies
* Experience in Agile Project management - Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, etc.
