Position Overview

SouthCoast Health is in search of a dedicated full-time Office Support Specialist who possesses excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Assist executive-level administrative personnel with various tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Manage the ordering of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Develop correspondence, reports, presentations, and perform mail merges from the ground up.
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Occasionally serve as a courier using a company vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an office support role.

Work Environment: Enjoy easy access to paved parking with standard office hours.

Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is essential.
