We are seeking a committed professional to become part of our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. In this position, you will deliver fundamental patient assistance, execute standard office tasks, administer treatments, conduct examinations, and engage in patient education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing clinical tasks in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
- Maintaining precise documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and interventions
- Evaluating patient reactions to therapies and addressing their requirements
- Identifying and responding to critical patient scenarios
- Determining patient education requirements and supporting health upkeep
- Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting with additional assigned responsibilities as necessary
Qualifications:
- Preferred Medical Assistant Certification
- Two years of clinical experience in a medical practice may be accepted in lieu of certification
- At least one year of experience in a medical practice or outpatient care environment
