Job Summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of our products meets our customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aides for assembly
  • Work with team members to ensure production roles are clear
  • Assemble SMT circuit cards and electronics final assemblies
  • Use tools to make or repair parts and products
  • Read parts lists and ensure all parts are present
  • Maintain inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Work in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment
  • Follow strict safety guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations
  • Ability to work with team members to ensure production roles are clear
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires
  • Attention to detail and maintenance of a clean workspace
  • Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms
