- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
- Respond to on-site service calls within contract time frames
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of electromechanical equipment repair experience or a combination of training and experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read and understand schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Excellent people skills and ability to represent the Company in a positive manner
